Kelly has 28 years’ experience in a variety of roles within the tertiary education and corporate sectors as a corporate trainer, polytechnic lecturer, manager and academic quality manager. Her roles in corporate, vocational and university training have combined her business management skills with academic and staff leadership.

Kelly began with Airways Corporation of New Zealand in 2011 in the role of Academic Quality Manager, and was appointed Head of ATS Training for Airways International, following a realignment of senior roles within the international business. This role focusses on ensuring high quality and profitable delivery of training courses and programmes across Airways training campuses, ensuring contracted deliverables are met with high levels of customer and learner satisfaction. Kelly has overall responsibility for all training programmes, training resources including e-learning, staffing in the classroom and the simulation phases. She is also responsible for human resources and administration, including overview, reporting and assessment.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Adult Teaching and Learning, both from the University of Canterbury.

Our speakers will step through how they identified the training needs in this virtual world to create a mutually beneficial training program and overcoming regulatory issues.
