Marzoog is an ICAO qualified course developer responsible for the development of competency-based training. Ensures training compliance with regulations. Marzoog believes in the systematic approach to training, and the important role training plays in the growth of any industry.
 
From 1998 to 2009 was involved in the air traffic control operations and training with experience in ATC operations at 4 Saudi international airports, held ratings for air traffic control; Aerodrome, Approach, and Area Control. Posted Air Traffic Control Supervisor, and
training manager.
