Vice President of Ground Operations
Murat Demirbilek graduated from Marmara University, department of Economics, in Istanbul, in 2000. He completed the MBA program at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2002. In 2019, he received “Leadership Coach” training from the International Coaching Federation and “Executive Leadership” training from Boeing. In 2020, he completed the “Financial Markets” course of Yale University.
Started his career in 1997 at Havas as Operations Officer, Murat Demirbilek was transferred to Celebi Aviation Services in 2005 and worked respectively as Bodrum Milas Airport Airside Manager and Istanbul Ataturk Passenger Services Manager. In 2009, he started to work at Pegasus Airlines as Ground Operations Manager and currently holds the Vice President of Ground Operations position since March 2015. He is responsible for all ground operations activities for the main hub of Pegasus, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport, and for 144 out stations.
