Pam Laycock is the  operational ATCO and Business Development Manager for Ports of Jersey. 
With nearly 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, most of those being an operational ATCO in Aerodrome, Approach Radar and Terminal Control, before adding OJTI, Assessor and Board Chairman qualifications.  For 4 years Pam worked for the Civil Aviation Authority as an Air Traffic Services Investigator, investigating air traffic control occurrences including AIRPROX throughout the UK and sitting as an advisor to the UK Airprox Board and the UK’s Confidential Human Factors Incident Reporting Program (CHIRP).  
Most recently Pam has been one of the leads on Jersey’s remote tower project which has just been certified for use as a contingency facility and is the first remote tower approved for use in the British Isles.
