In his capacity as the Vice president of Air Traffic Development in dans, Talal leads the airspace management division that is responsible for delivering high level strategic projects that transform the Aviation sector in the UAE such as the Airspace Restructuring Project (ARP) and RECAT, in addition to airspace and procedure designs.
 
The launch of the Airspace Management Cell (AMC), and the airspace procedure design involved to commence Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) are some of the examples that Talal and his team have created and implemented in the Organisation. Prior to joining dans in 2015, Talal has been the Head of Airspace coordination in the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) for 11 years since 2004. In addition to the profound experience Talal has acquired throughout his enthralling career in Aviation, he has also served several posts as a Police officer with the Sharjah Police over a period of 8 years from 1996 to 2003.
